Antonio Aguelo

Doctor of Sociology, with a specialization in “psycho-sociology of organizations”, pedagogue and teacher. I have over 35 years of professional experience in various fields, most of which have been in management roles.

Coach and trainer of professionals and managers, teacher and author of articles, books and frameworks focused on the development of people. My continued search has led me to a very broad spectrum of learning and experience within organizations, as well as in the field of personal and individual development. In 2001 I joined the faculty as a professor and researcher in the Department of Psychology and Sociology of the University of Zaragoza, having taught over the years various subject matters relating to: communication, learning, industrial psychology and Human Resources…; primarily at the Faculty of Social and Work Sciences of Zaragoza.

My teaching and research work is combined with my responsibility as a member of the Prímula Asesores team, where I work with some of the organizations that are most representative of Spain.

Teresa Coma

The basis of my personal background is in research processes of development, change and learning in order to facilitate and accompany the development of people, groups and organizations, from my training as a teacher, Social Pedagogy and later in Psychology (Diploma de Estudios avanzados [Diploma of Advanced Studies]/D.E.A.).

My experience in the socio-educational field over the course of 13 years, as an educational coordinator and later on as manager of the socio-educational area in the socio-educational environment and the social and vocational integration, has been an experiential foundation for me as a facilitator for processes for individuals, groups, preparing trainers, project creation,…

Since 1999, as a consultant at Prímula Asesores, my work has developed both professionally and personally: Analyst and Trainer of the P.I.® System, generator of unique models, projects, seminars, participatory processes, groups, individualized attention…to people, groups, organizations and companies in different fields.

All this, from a standpoint of facilitating personal, group and organizational processes applied to Human Resources, implementation of organizational change processes (culture, processes, methodology…), personal and professional development (coaching, supervision, therapeutic processes,…), research and development, participatory processes,..

Master in NLP and in psychological intervention with DBM, Person-Centered Approach… The continued exploration of “new territories for learning” has led me to an integrated work model, focused on learning for everyday life. An important part of my job focuses on supporting the individual development processes.

In 2006 I joined the faculty of the Department of Psychology and Sociology at the University of Zaragoza as professor and researcher, having taught various subjects or modules over the years: Communication, Social and Vocational Auditing, Leadership skills and group dynamics, Health Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources… (Business School of Huesca, at the Faculty of Social and Work Sciences of Zaragoza, Faculty of Health Sciences of Zaragoza…).
